Medical Therapeutic Yoga is also beneficial for the physical therapist. This methodology teaches the patient how to heal all aspects of their wellbeing and utilizes a team approach to care, thereby decreasing the pressure of the therapist to “fix” the patient. MTY has helped me tremendously to better handle stressful situations and has actually helped with my perception of stress.

I truly believe this methodology can change healthcare and the lives of healthcare providers by decreasing burnout! Thank you so much Ginger for creating this wonderful program!
